Abstract

Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) significantly threaten patient safety and healthcare quality. Developing a robust culture of ADR reporting is vital for mitigating risks and enhancing patient outcomes. This review examines the necessity of fostering a supportive ADR reporting environment, identifies common barriers to effective reporting, and proposes comprehensive strategies to create a proactive reporting culture.
