    Once the payment for publication services is completed, the author will receive the galley proof of the publication via email within 7 business days.
  • Instant Delivery: Upon payment confirmation, the galley proof will be emailed to the author for review. No physical delivery or shipping is involved.

  • Unlimited Access: After receiving the galley proof, the author will have access to the final version of the publication and any related digital materials via their LPP account or by email.
  • No Shipping Fees: As all content is digital, there are no shipping or handling charges associated with the publication process.
  1. Technical Support
    If the author encounters any issues with receiving, accessing, or reviewing the galley proof, our customer support team is available to assist. We aim to resolve any technical difficulties promptly to ensure a smooth review and publication process.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds
    As all content is digital, please refer to our Pricing and Refund Policy for information on cancellations or refunds. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be provided for the publication services.
